MATT ENGLETT
Mr. Englett was first licensed as a real estate agent while attending undergraduate in 1992. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida Southern College in 1994. He then entered law school at Mississippi College School of Law and graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 1998. He became a member of the Florida Bar the same year. He first worked as a prosecutor for the State Attorney’s office before starting his own practice with two other partners. Shortly after starting his own firm in the early 2000’s he began practicing real estate law. In 2004, he also became a licensed real estate broker and opened his own real estate brokerage.
He has represented thousands of clients over the years in real estate law and the selling and buying of real estate. He has represented clients in commercial and residential transactions both on a large and small scale. Mr. Englett continues to represent clients in real estate legal issues throughout the State of Florida. His current geographic areas for representing clients in the sale or purchase of real estate are as follows: Winter Park (where he resides), Baldwin Park, Downtown Orlando, Delaney Park, Windermere and Lake Nona. His focus as an attorney broker is on luxury residential and commercial real estate.
